Casual Italian and Botique Grocery Bodega
As you know, Sarto’s and The Pantry have always been committed to excellent ingredients for great food and memorable experiences. Since we won’t be able to see as many of you as often as we used to at Sarto’s with the current restrictions, we’ve expanded The Pantry takeaway menu and house made and specialty ingredients and will be adding great Pantry Pack options for you to enjoy the same amazing food in more ways then ever, tailored to what you need and where you need it, all with the same commitment to quality and authenticity.
What is the difference between The Pantry and Sarto’s?
The Pantry is our Italian Bodega offering an all scratch house made takeaway menu for dining on our patio or at home as well and well curated deli and market items. Sarto’s is our authentic northern Italian dine-in restaurant, featuring menus created around each season and a specific region of Italy for that season.
What are the new expanded grocery items you will be offering?
Building off The Pantry’s procured selection of Italian meats, cheeses, house made pasta & sauces, and awesome specialty items, we’ve also partnered with local farmers, ranchers and artisans to offer amazing Colorado products. The items you will find at The Pantry are the best of what we make and what our chefs and owner use at the restaurant and at home. They are the items we think you will love too. Not to mention beer, wine and cocktails to go.
Can I dine-in at the Pantry?
For now, our indoor dining is closed at The Pantry. But, guests looking for a dine-in experience can make a reservation at Sarto’s. If you order from the Pantry, you can enjoy our our great patio outside.
Is patio seating open?
Absolutely. Dining al fresco is highly encouraged at The Pantry; most of our existing patio will be available for guests at The Pantry and we’re in the process of extending our patio out onto Jefferson Square for the summer. So, you’ll be able to place your order on your mobile device to pick up your food along with a bottle of wine, beer or cocktail to sit outside and enjoy The Pantry and the great Colorado outdoors.
Are there servers for the patio dining?
In the style of the great Italian bodegas and street cafes, takeaway from The Pantry will be fast casual so that you can order, pickup and enjoy on your on schedule. So you simply order online or download the toast app. Even if you need an extra bottle of wine, you just jump on, pay through the app and come pick it up at the window. Simple, easy, contactless.
What are the new Pantry Packs?
We love great food and are committed to top quality food and ingredients; whether that is at The Pantry, at Sarto’s or at home. Since we may not be able to have you join us for your favorite dishes made to order here as often as we like, we are creating Pantry Packs for all of your occasions at home and beyond; from Pizza Packs to make and bake (or grill) at home to Grill Packs with amazing complete grill ready dinners for family and friends to Class Packs that will provide you everything you need to have a great timing learning to make a bartender worthy cocktails, chef approved pastas, sauces and more. Speaking of cocktails, that is just one of the many items you can add to customize your Pantry Pack.
What are the new Chef Packs and Class Packs?
We also understand that Sarto’s dishes are best served straight from the kitchen, which is why we are putting together packages that give you the ingredients and the instruction from our chef…to get a perfectly prepared Sarto’s meal in your own kitchen…and give you the satisfaction that you are a great cook.
What payment options will you be accepting?
We have created a virtual menu so that you are able to order and pay on your mobile device and simply pick up when your order is ready. If you are shopping for grocery items, our Pantry shopper will greet you at our ordering counter to walk through all that The Pantry has to offer, assemble your items and take mobile payment. We will unfortunately not be accepting cash for the time being.
When are you opening?
Our team is working hard to create a safe and inviting environment where we can start welcoming guests back to Sarto’s on June 17th. We will start releasing reservations in early June. Sign up for our email list and we will update you as soon as we open up reservations.
How does the new dining work?
Sarto’s is Italian for ‘tailor’ and never has our mission of tailoring the dining experience to what our guests are looking for been been more relevant than now. And while there is no way around some of the weirdness of all of this, we are making the best of it and are in the process of converting our dining rooms and service to allow you to feel safe, comfortable, and at home with private dining for all tables. Staff interruptions will be very limited so you can truly enjoy a night out, connecting with your friends and family.
Do we need reservations?
Sarto’s is requiring reservations so that we make sure all of our guests are comfortable with the new Sarto’s experience prior to arriving. Walkup guests can enjoy great fast casual dining al fresco next door from The Pantry’s new expanded menu for lunch and dinner. There will also be some smaller 2 person apertivo tables available.
Can we get Sarto’s takeaway?
We’ve hand picked some of Sarto’s most popular dishes to include on The Pantry’s new expanded menu, so that you can enjoy your favorite staples on our expanded patio or at home.
